<li>To shortlist the students on 25 seats, either a computer or paper pen based MCQ test (of 50 questions of 2 marks each) shall be conducted to judge their knowledge in the subjects of psychology (of 15 questions), sociology (of 15 questions), social work (of 15 questions) and general knowledge (of 5 questions). There will be no negative marking in this test.</li>
<li>Rajasthan State Government reservation policy shall be followed while preparing the merit and finalizing the list of admitted candidates. According to it, the seat matrix for 25 shall be as follows:</li>

All the candidates who have been allotted a seat in B.Tech./B.Plan. Lateral Entry (Second Year)&nbsp;at MBM University&nbsp;through LEEP 2026&nbsp;are required to report at 85 Seminar Hall, MBM University between 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM. It is advised to fill online admission form before visiting University campus.&nbsp;

Notice regarding Seat Withdrawal from MBM University

NOTICE REGARDING SEAT WITHDRAWAL
Provisionally admitted students of B.Tech./B.Plan./B.Arch./M.C.A. First Year (I Semester) and Lateral Entry who wish to withdraw their admission from MBM University, Jodhpur are hereby notified to follow the following steps:
<ol style="margin-top: 0cm;" start="1" type="1">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 14.0pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;">Go to Student Portal (<a href="https://student.onfees.com">https://student.onfees.com</a>) and login. If you don&rsquo;t have a password, please use the Forgot password option to set a new password.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;">Click on Applications &gt; Click on &ldquo;Apply&rdquo; button &gt; Choose Application Type: &ldquo;Seat Withdrawal Application&rdquo;.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;">Fill the application form carefully (specially bank account and fee details) and submit. </li>
<li>Wait for upto 15 minutes for verification of your application by Online team. Once verified, the status will change to &ldquo;Submitted&rdquo; and you will be able to download PDF of the application. If your application is not verified within 15 minutes (when form submitted before 5PM on a day), please call on 99691-90773 (Available during 10:00AM - 06:00PM).</li>

Please note the following points regarding seat withdrawal and fee refund:
1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The actual date of withdrawal for all purposes shall be noted as the date on which the hard copy of the signed withdrawal application is submitted at the Admission Cell. A copy of Govt. issued identity card and fee payment receipt(s) should be attached along with application form. Original identity card of the candidate and/or submitting person may be required for verification at the time of submission. If a candidate withdraws after the Orientation programme, the student will be required to submit no dues certificate in prescribed format along with the application. 
2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The withdrawal application should ideally be submitted personally by the concerned student and/or their parents with signature of both student and one of the parents/guardians as per University records. If it is not possible for the student/parents to submit the withdrawal application in person, the visiting person must carry a handwritten authority letter signed by both candidate and parents (format given as attachment Appendix-1) along with a print of Online application and required attachments. A sample format for such authority letter is attached herewith. In any case, withdrawal application, authority letter or required attachments shall not be accepted through Email/Whatsapp/Other electronic means.
3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Only students who have completed the physical reporting at MBM University after paying the prescribed semester fee will be able to apply for withdrawal from the student portal. If you have not completed physical reporting, please apply for withdrawal on the respective Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Portal i.e. REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP etc. before due date. 
4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In any case, refund of seat allocation fees (Rs. 10,000/-) deposited at the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) portal shall be processed by the respective agency as per their refund policy upto the point when such funds have been transferred to the MBM University. 
5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any fee paid by the student shall be refunded UPON CLAIM as per the AICTE Fee Refund Policy by the Accounts Section of the University on the recommendation of Coordinator, Admission Cell. Approximate timeline for refund of funds shall be shared at the time of submission of application. Any documents submitted by students at the time of admission shall be returned within seven days from the actual date of withdrawal. Refund of Hostel Fee (if any) shall be processed through Chief Warden office as per Hostel rules. 
6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If a student withdraws admission after completion of enrolment, migration-cum-transfer certificate issued by the MBM University shall be provided to the candidate (upon request) from the Controller of Examinations office.
7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If there is an error in the application submitted by the candidate, the same will be notified by Email/Phone by the Admission Cell. In such a case, the date of submission of revised application form shall be noted as the actual date of withdrawal. 
8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; These guidelines are indicative and subject to revision as per notifications received from regulatory bodies and/or University. In case of cancellation of seat or forfeiture of admission by University due to an act of indiscipline, involvement in substance abuse, discrepancy in documents, ineligibility for the course/allotted seat etc., the fee refund shall be processed as per University rules.

First Year and Lateral Entry, who have been allotted seat through REAP-2026/LEEP-2026 and are willing to change their currently allotted branch amongst the provisionally admitted students in B.Tech./B.Plan. First Year and Lateral Entry respectively on the basis of REAP/LEEP Merit / Diploma Marks (as per instruction booklet), are hereby notified to fill the application form for internal sliding before or upto <s>12.08.2026</s> 09.09.2026 02:00 PM as per instructions given below:

Please note the following before applying for internal sliding:
1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Only students who have completed the physical reporting at MBM University will be able to apply online. 
2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fill your preferences carefully. Application to the internal sliding round is irreversible. Once a new branch is allotted through internal sliding, no application will be considered to revert to the old branch. 
3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Available Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) seats will be allotted to eligible candidates during internal sliding on pure merit amongst applied candidates. No need to apply separately.
4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If a student wishes to be considered only for TFWS seat in his/her existing branch, the student has to apply for internal sliding and choose only one preference i.e. his/her existing branch. 
5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reservation policy as per REAP/LEEP/Government rules shall be followed during allotment of seats through internal sliding.
6. &nbsp;If a student does not choose his/her existing branch in the preference list, the existing branch will be automatically added at the end of the chosen preference list.&nbsp;

UPI &amp; QR Code Payments
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; How do I scan the QR code on mobile? Switch your mobile browser to Desktop Mode to display the QR code properly. 
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; How long is the UPI QR Code valid? It expires in 2 minutes. Do not attempt to scan or pay using an expired QR code. 
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; What happens if I share a screenshot of the QR Code? Scanning a QR code from a phone gallery limits payments to ₹2,000. To avoid this limit, display the QR code on mobile phone of someone else and scan from the paying phone. 
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; What if my UPI app is on another phone? Save your form, then log into the application portal directly from the phone containing your UPI app.
Net Banking &amp; General Troubleshooting
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; What should I do after paying via Net Banking? Wait 10&ndash;15 minutes on the page. Do not close or refresh the browser until the receipt is generated.

Q1. Is REAP 2026 registration compulsory for Spot Round admission?
No. REAP 2026 Registration is not mandatory for applying in direct/spot round. Candidates who missed REAP 2026 can also apply Online on University website.
Q2. Do we need to submit Direct Round Application Form Offline at University?
No. Only online application has to be submitted on University website. Candidates have to report physically only on Seat Allotment date mentioned above. 
Q3. What is the priority order for seat allotment?
Priority 1:&nbsp; Sports Category A (Max 5% per branch) Priority 2: JEE Mains 2026 Score Priority 3: Class XII/Diploma percentage.
In case of tie on a priority level, the next priority level will be used to determine rank. 
Q4. Is it compulsory to appear physically at MBM campus?
Yes, candidates must physically report on the seat allotment date. Admission is finalized only after on-spot physical verification of documents and submission of prescribed semester fee.
Q5. Can a parent or guardian report on behalf of the candidate?
No. The candidate's physical presence is mandatory.
Q6. What will be the eligibility criteria for seat allotment in Direct (Spot) Round?
Eligibility criteria will be same as prescribed in the instruction booklet of REAP/RMCAAP/LEEP etc.
Q7. Which documents are required during reporting?
Application Form and Receipt along with original and two photocopy sets of documents given below. 
Q8. Is it mandatory to bring all original documents on the date of seat allotment?
Yes, all required original documents should be available at the time of physical document verification. Seat will be allotted only after verification of documents. 
Q9. I do not have transfer certificate/migration/character certificate from school?
Since this round offers on-spot admission and these documents are necessary to ensure that candidate has not enrolled in another regular degree programme, seat may not be alotted in absence of these documents. 
If a candidate has submitted these documents at some other institute but withdrawn from that institute, a certificate has to be submitted from the concerned institute mentioning:
&ldquo;[Candidate Name] c/o [Parent Name] was admitted in the degree/programme _______ at our institute/university on __/__/_____ and has withdrawn from the programme on __/__/_____. His/Her original Transfer/Character/Migration Certificate (strike whichever is not applicable) have been submitted during admission and same will be returned to the candidate on or before 22.08.2026:&rdquo;
at the time of document verification. In absence of such certificate, seat may not be allotted. 
Q10. Are hostel facilities available for Spot Round candidates?
Hostel availability is limited for boys and usually gets filled before spot round. For girls, there may be vacant seats left.&nbsp; Please confirm with Hostel Warden after admission. Vacant seats, if any, are usually notified on University website.
Q11. Are seats allotted on First Come First Serve basis during Direct (Spot) round?
No. Seats are allotted based on merit. &nbsp;See Q3 above for priority order of allotment. 
Q12. Are there any management quota seats?
No. There are no management quota seats at MBM University, Jodhpur. Please beware of fake promises!
Q13. What is the fee? Can we deposit semester fees in instalments?
Fees varies by branch and category. The university fee structure is available on University website at <a href="https://www.mbm.ac.in/mbm-fee-structure">https://www.mbm.ac.in/mbm-fee-structure</a>. No, the complete semester fee (for I semester) must be deposited at the time of seat allotment through Digital Payment (UPI/Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card). 
Q14. Is reservation policy applicable during Direct (Spot) round?
Yes. Vacant seats across different categories as per approved Seat Matrix will be allotted to eligible candidates in line with Government of Rajasthan/REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP rules.

All the candidates who have been allotted a seat in Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) at MBM University through REAP (B.Arch.) 2026&nbsp;are required to report at Department of Architecture and Town Planning along with their parents as per following schedule:

All the candidates who have been allotted a seat at MBM University through RMCAAP-2026&nbsp;are required to report at Department of Computer Science and Engineering along with their parents as per RMCAAP schedule in official timings of the University i.e. 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Certificate Course on Energy Management System Implementation and ISO 50001 Certification

<h3>Course Description:</h3>
This course provides comprehensive training on the implementation of an Energy Management System (EnMS) according to ISO 50001 standards. Participants will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively establish, maintain, and improve an EnMS within organizations. The course covers key aspects of energy management, including policy development, energy performance indicators, energy auditing, and compliance with ISO 50001 requirements.
<h3>Course Objectives:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Understand the fundamentals of energy management and the importance of ISO 50001 certification for organizations.</li>
<li>Gain practical knowledge and skills to implement an effective Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 standards.</li>
<li>Learn how to conduct energy audits, identify energy-saving opportunities, and establish performance indicators for continuous improvement.</li>
