<h3 style="text-align: center;">Physical Reporting Instructions for RMCAAP - 2026</h3>
All the candidates who have been allotted a seat at MBM University through RMCAAP-2026&nbsp;are required to report at Department of Computer Science and Engineering along with their parents as per RMCAAP schedule in official timings of the University i.e. 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please bring two copies of admission form and receipt along with the following original documents and 2 self-attested sets of photocopies mandatorily during reporting:

<li>RMCAAP-2026 Seat Allotment Letter</li>
<li>RMCAAP-2026 Application-cum-Registration Form (final, with choices)</li>
<li>RMCAAP &ndash; 2026 Seat allocation fee receipt</li>
<li>Class 10 (Secondary) Marksheet</li>
<li>Class 12 (Senior Secondary) Marksheet</li>
<li>Graduation Marksheets and Degree Certificate (minimum 3 years duration)</li>
<li>Migration Certificate from last attended University/Board</li>
<li>Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan</li>
<li>Category Certificate - Issued by Government of Rajasthan Mandatory even if Open category seat is allotted but candidate has selected a reserved category in form so that that candidate&rsquo;s eligibility can be ensured for other category-specific provisions.</li>
<ol>
<li>OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate should not be older than 1 Year from last date of application for REAP 2026. If older than one year, an undertaking should be submitted as per state government guidelines.</li>
<li>If EWS certificate is not issued for the FY 2026-27, submit an affidavit in the required format. Oldest allowed up to 2024-25 (even with affidavit).</li>
</ol>
<li>NIMCET Exam 2026 Score Card (mandatory if seat allotted as per NIMCET Merit)</li>
<li>Medical Fitness Certificate as per RMCAAP-2026 format</li>
<li>Parent Income Certificate in RMCAAP 2026 format (if applicable)</li>
<li>Sports quota certificate(s) and undertaking (duly notarized) in RMCAAP 2026 format given in instruction booklet. <li>For PWD candidates: UDID card (if applicable); PWD candidates have to submit a suitability certificate issued by National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSC-DA), Jaipur as per RMCAAP 2026 instruction booklet</li>
<li>For EXS candidates: A valid dependent certificate issued by the Zila Sainik Welfare Board, Directorate of Sainik Welfare, or a competent military unit office</li>
<li>For KM candidates: A valid certificate issued by the Relief Commissioner for migrants and valid domicile certificate of J&amp;K/Kashmir for Non-migrant Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Family residing in the Kashmir Valley or other valid qualifying document issued by competent authority</li>
<li>Two passport-size photographs</li>

All candidates who have applied for Direct Admission (Spot Round) to B.Tech./MCA 1st Year/B.E. 2nd Year (Lateral Entry) for the academic session 2025&ndash;26 are hereby informed that the Provisional Merit List has been published to invite objections. Candidates who have any objection regarding their merit must send an application to admissions@mbm.ac.in along with the proof and the fee receipt. The last date for submission of objections is 12 September, 2025,&nbsp;&nbsp;up to 2:00 PM.
The Final Merit List will be displayed after disposal of the objections. Candidates are&nbsp;&nbsp;advised to carefully check their details. If a student does not raise any objection and his/her merit score (JEE/12th/NIMCET) differs from the published merit list, he/she may not be allotted a seat.&nbsp;

Certificate Course on Energy Management System Implementation and ISO 50001 Certification

<h3>Course Description:</h3>
This course provides comprehensive training on the implementation of an Energy Management System (EnMS) according to ISO 50001 standards. Participants will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively establish, maintain, and improve an EnMS within organizations. The course covers key aspects of energy management, including policy development, energy performance indicators, energy auditing, and compliance with ISO 50001 requirements.
<h3>Course Objectives:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Understand the fundamentals of energy management and the importance of ISO 50001 certification for organizations.</li>
<li>Gain practical knowledge and skills to implement an effective Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 standards.</li>
<li>Learn how to conduct energy audits, identify energy-saving opportunities, and establish performance indicators for continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Assessment Method:</h3>
Participants will be assessed through a combination of written assignments. The assignments will include case studies, and energy management action plan. The final report of the course concepts, principles, and implementation strategies.
