Merit List of applicants for Spot Round Admissions

All candidates who have applied for Direct Admission (Spot Round) to B.Tech./MCA 1st Year/B.E. 2nd Year (Lateral Entry) for the academic session 2025&ndash;26 are hereby informed that the Provisional Merit List has been published to invite objections. Candidates who have any objection regarding their merit must send an application to admissions@mbm.ac.in along with the proof and the fee receipt. The last date for submission of objections is 12 September, 2025,&nbsp;&nbsp;up to 2:00 PM.
The Final Merit List will be displayed after disposal of the objections. Candidates are&nbsp;&nbsp;advised to carefully check their details. If a student does not raise any objection and his/her merit score (JEE/12th/NIMCET) differs from the published merit list, he/she may not be allotted a seat.&nbsp;

<li>Gate Pass has been emailed by CoE office to all the students who have registered for attending the Convocation Ceremony on 23 July, 2025. Please bring a printout of the Gate Pass along with a valid Government ID for entry on the Convocation day.</li>
<li>Students who could not register earlier (using the Google form) are allowed to attend the degree distribution function from 3:00 PM onwards on 23 July, 2025. No Gate pass will be required for entry to degree distribution ceremony.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Provisional List of Graduates and Gold Medalists as per the examinations conducted by the University in the year 2024 are provided below. Awardees may verify their details (specially, name and parents' name, in Hindi and English) and in case of objections (if any), should report such objections to the office of Controller of Examinations with supporting documents in person or through email at <a href="mailto: coembmu@gmail.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">coembmu@gmail.com.&nbsp;</a>
