Instruction for the students (REAP-2025)

All the students who are allotted seats in MBM University are informed that they have to follow these instructions below:

(a) All students are required to login on college admission portal (admission.mbmiums.in) to fill the admission form

1. Click on “Click here for registration and fee submission for course BTECH (CBCS) /B.Arch.
2. Click on “GAS” or “SFS’, here link according to category mentioned in your allotment letter i.e. (GAS or SFS)
3. Click on BTECH mentioned in Degree name field in red colouraccording to your allotted branch.
4. Enter the credentials i.e. registration no./ form no. allotted by REAP 2025.
5. Register yourself using the link “Click here for registration” in front of your name.
6. Download all the three forms after registration.
   1. Registration form
   2. E-payment Receipt
   3. Student undertaking
7. Then again go to step 3 and click on pay now to submit the fees.

(b) Reporting will be done in two steps:

Stage 1 - Document arrangement:
Venue: LTH, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, MBM University, Jodhpur

Stage 2 - Document Verification: 
Venue: 85 seminar hall, MBM University, Jodhpur

(c) Documents required at the time of reporting:

At the time of reporting to MBM University, candidates shall carry the following documents and arrange the documents in the order given below. One set of photocopy along with one set of original documents. 

1. Printout of the institute admission form along with fee receipt and undertaking.
2. Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP-2025 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent color photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional colored photograph (Upload photo in JPG/JPEG format only) with them as uploaded on REAP-25 Portal.
3. Aadhar Card/ Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt if available.
4. Class X (High School) Board Mark-sheet/ Certificate as proof of date of birth.
5. Rank obtained in JEE (Mains) -2025/NATA- 2025
6. Mark sheet of class 12th (for Subjects) or Diploma.
7. Certificate of category (SC / ST/ OBC /MBC/ EWS), issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
8. In case of OBC, certificate should not be issued before 06/09/2024. Grace period of certificate is admissible (which is two years). Undertaking by OBC/MBC is required format as per Govt. (for non-creamy layer), (if applicable).
9. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), (if applicable).
10. Certificate for Ex-Service men, (if applicable).
11. Transfer Certificate from last attended school (Original).
12. Character certificate from last attended school (Original).
13. Migration certificate from Board (Original).
14. Domicile certificate. (if applicable)
15. Income Certificate. (if applicable) (Original)
16. Medical Fitness Certificate (Original).
17. Scanned Copies of all above mentioned documents should carry in pendrive.
